TOWN OF VAN BUREN
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Van Buren Town Board on June 15, 2010 at 7:32 pm, local time, at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York, to hear comments on a proposed zone change.
The amendment to the zoning map would change properties currently zoned AR-80 to AR-40 for property located: Generally fronting on the west side if Van Buren Road from approximately 1000’ south of the intersection with Connors Road to said intersection, on the south side of Connors Road between Van Buren Road and Canton Street, on the north side of Connors Road between North Brickyard Road and Canton Street, on the west side of Canton Street from approximately 1000’ south of the Connors Road and Canton Street intersection to said intersection, on the east side of Canton Street from Connors Road to Interstate 690, on the west side of Canton Street from approximately 3000’ south of Interstate 690 to Interstate 690, on the north side of Ellsworth Road from Interstate 690 to East Sorrell Hill Road, on the
south side of East Sorrell Hill Road from Ellsworth Road to West Sorrell Hill Road.
The total number of parcels affected are 84 with a total of 869.01 acres.
A copy of the proposed changes to the zoning map is available for review at the Town Code Enforcement Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at this hearing.
