1) Award wheel loader bid to Five Star Equipment in the amount of $128,500.00 for model 624K John Deer.
2) Set public hearing for May 18, 2010 at 7:32 P.M. to hear comments on the town adopting the Cold War Veteran’s Exemption.
3) Set public hearing for May 18, 2010 at &:35 P.M. to hear comments on town’s storm water program.
4) Designate playground and pool area in Van Buren Central Park as “smoke-free”.
