Approve Minutes of the 3/2/10 Regular Town Board Meeting

New Business:
1) Authorize Highway Superintendent to prepare bid specifications and documents for new wheel loader with a bid date of April 2, 2010 at 10:30 am. Town Clerk to publish appropriate legal notice for funding estimated at $150,000 to come from Highway Equipment Reserve account
2) Authorize town attorney to pursue all appropriate action against individuals or corporations to recoup town expenditures on the Timber Hills subdivision sewer pump station
3) Approval for installation of street light at intersection of Rt. 48 and O’Brien Road at an annual district cost of $247.14
4) Authorize Buildings and Grounds Department to purchase new mower as budgeted off state contract PC64365 at $9,597.95
5) Approve amendment to Senior Center Agreement regarding unspent funds
6) Authorize Town Clerk to participate in the “License Monitor” program offered by NYMIR
7) Authorize Town Clerk to subscribe to services offered by HRPlus to perform new hire background checks at $27.50 per search
8) Set joint public hearing with the Village of Baldwinsville and Town of Lysander for April 12, 2010 at 7:00 pm to hear comments on proposed Verizon FIOS TV franchise agreement
