The Van Buren Town Board will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2013 at 7:32 pm to hear comments on the following amendment to the PUD for Marion Meadows (property located behind Van Buren Town Hall), increasing nuber of single family homnes from 86 to 90 and decreasing single family attached housing to zero.

Bond Resolution: The Van Buren Town Board approved a bond resolution for the construction of a sewer pump station for the proposed Marion Meadows subdivision.  To read the whole resolution, click here

The Van Buren Town Board approved the purhase of a mimi-excavator for the Highway Department to be paid for from the Highway Capital Reserve Fund. This purchase is subject to a permissive referendum period.  

A Land Use Committee Meeting has been scheduled for June 11, 2013 at 6:30 pm at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, NY to hear comments from residents about what they would like to see Van Buren look like in the next ten years in conjunction with the revisions to the Comprehensive Plan.

Notice of Claims against the Northern Fire Protection District

Notice is hereby given requiring all claims against the said dissolving of the Northern Fire Protection District, excluding any of its outstainding securities, shall be filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of Van Buren within three months of the date of this notice and all claims not filed shall be forever barred pursuant to General Municipal Law 782,2
