Looking to become more flexible? Looking for a way to reduce stress in your life? Please join us in this compassionate practice of Hatha Yoga. Breath work, physical exercises and relaxation techniques round out our time together. Yoga boosts your immune system, helps you lose weight and slows down the aging process.
Please bring a yoga/exercise mat, blanket and water bottle to each class. Wear comfortable clothing and try not to eat for two hours before the class.
