Pre-Licensing Classes
WHO: Individuals who have received a NYS Motor Vehicle Permit, and want to register for a road test appt.
WHAT: This is the five-hour pre-licensing course required before scheduling a road test.
WHEN: Saturdays: March 28 & April 25
TIME: 9:00am. - 2:00pm.
WHERE: Van Buren Town Hall, located at the corner of Ellsworth and Van Buren Rds.
FEE: $30.00 per participant (Min. per class = 3; Max. # per class = 25)
This one day, five-hour class is required for the NYS Road Test appointment. Students will learn: driver responsibilities, rules of the road, safety methods and concepts, benefits of occupant protection systems, fatigue and other dangers. Successful completion of this course results in MV-278 certificate.
