The office is now a passport acceptance facility. No need to go downtown or wait for the satellite office to come here. You can get a passport for the first time or renew Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Call 635-3010 for details. Cost: $100.00: you will need a check or money order payable to: Dept. of State for $75.00 and either a check or cash for the town in the amount of $25.00 (this fee is the same no matter where you go, including all post offices).
** NOTE: Some of our constituents have reported to us that they have heard that passport paperwork can only be processed one day per month. This is NOT correct. You may come in to our office at any time during office hours to get your passport paperwork processed!
