OUR MISSION
The Department of Buildings and Grounds is responsible for the care and maintenance of all official Town buildings and parks, Town facilities (such as Van Buren Pool), plus mowing of the Town medians and some cemeteries.

FRIENDS OF VAN BUREN POND
The Town of Van Buren Department of Buildings and Grounds is in the process of creating a volunteer program entitled “Friends of Van Buren Pond”. This volunteer group would help develop a long-range plan to enhance activities and to maintain and/or improve existing conditions at Van Buren Pond. Once a group of interested individuals is established, an informational meeting will be scheduled.
