2010 ASSESSMENT CHANGES
The final assessment roll has been filed with Onondaga County and New York State. No changes to assessments can be made until next years roll. Property owners with concerns may schedule a meeting, to review their property with the Assessor at any time. However, any changes made would apply to the 2011 roll.

STAR REBATE
The STAR REBATE has been eliminated for 2010. No rebate checks will be mailed from Albany this fall. This does not change the STAR EXEMPTION program. Basic and Enhanced STAR EXEMPTIONS will still be administered by the local Assessor's Office. Enhanced renewals for 2011 will be mailed in August.
SALES VERIFICATION
To better verify property inventory and condition at the time of sale, all new property owners will receive a sales verification form starting with sales in January, 2002. Please complete and return the form to the Assessor's Office. Questions? Please contact the Assessor's Office during business hours.
