2008 ASSESSMENT CHANGES
Preliminary change of assessment notices were mailed the week of March 10th. The Assessor will be in the Van Buren office for scheduled appointments the following dates and times;
March 17th - 20th,March 31st - April 4th, April 14th - 18th, and May 1st, 2nd from 9:30am - 4:00pm
Evening appointments are scheduled on March 18th, April 1st, April 15th ,and May 1st from 6:00-8:00 pm

SALES VERIFICATION
To better verify property inventory and condition at the time of sale, all new property owners will receive a sales verification form starting with sales in January, 2002. Please complete and return the form to the Assessor's Office. Questions? Please contact the Assessor's Office during business hours.
