Set the standard work days for elected and appointed officials for NYS Retirement System purposes:

125-10-038 MOTION BY Mr. Tupper, seconded by Ms.Dickman, to approve the following resolution:
The Town of Van Buren hereby establishes the following as standard workdays for elected and appointed officials and will report the following days worked to the New York State and Local Employee’s Retirement System based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by these officials:
Jason Hoy, Town Engineer, submits timesheets and works full time, his standard workday hours are eight and number of days to be reported monthly is not applicable.
Mr. Ronald Dudzinski, Councilor, has completed a three month log of activity, his standard workday is six hours and will have 1.97 days reported monthly.
Mr. Greg Maxwell, Comptroller, has completed a three month log of activity, his standard workday is six hours and will have 6.05 days reported monthly.
