LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF VAN BUREN
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Van Buren Town Board on May 18, 2010 at 7:38 pm, local time, at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York, to hear comments on a proposed zone change.
The amendment to the zoning map would change properties currently zoned AR-80 to R-40 for property located in Van Buren south of Route 690 along Canton Street, east to North Brickyard Road to Van Buren Road, Ellsworth Road and East Sorrell Hill Road continuing north to West Sorrell Hill Road. The total number of parcels affected are 84 with a total of 869.01 acres.
A copy of the proposed changes to the zoning map is available for review at the Town Code Enforcement Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at this hearing.
