Notice for bid acceptance for a generator 4/2/10
LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF VAN BUREN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the provisions of the General Municipal law, sealed bids for one (1) new and unused natural gas powered auxiliary generator will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Van Buren, Onondaga County, 7575 Van Buren Rd., Baldwinsville, NY 13027, until 3:00 P.M., local time, on April 2, 2010 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and the words “GENERATOR BID”.
Specifications for the generator and bid documents have been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of Van Buren, Onondaga County, New York, and may be examined and received by any persons interested. Bidders shall submit bids on the proposal sheet attached to the Specifications. Any bids submitted otherwise will be considered informal and will be rejected as such.
The Town of Van Buren Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
