Town of Van Buren

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Van Buren Town Board, at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York on February 2, 2010 at 7:35 pm to hear comments on a proposed new chapter to the Town Code.  The new chapter 148 is entitled, “Road Preservation” and will regulate the use of heavy equipment on town roads.  The Town Engineer will be designated as the person to receive and review applications for use of heavy equipment.  

The entire text of this local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and can be viewed Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing.
