Request for Bids

The Town of Van Buren will be receiving sealed bids for the purchase of an Underwriters Laboratories fireproof safe.  The safe measures 80” high by 43’ wide and has shelves.  The safe may be inspected at the Van Buren Highway Garage on 7855 West Dead Creek Road, Baldwinsville, New York, Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm.  The combination will only be supplied to the successful bidder.  The successful bidder must also remove the safe from the Highway Garage at their own expense.  

Bids should be returned to the Van Buren Town Clerk’s office at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York before 10:00 am, local time, on December 15, 2009.

Sealed bids will be opened on December 15, 2009 at 10:00am, local time at the Town Hall.
