Public Hearing 11/18/08 at 7:40 pm for Spano zone change
TOWN OF VAN BUREN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Van Buren Town Board on November 18, 2008 at 7:40 pm, local time, on a Local Law to formally adopt a motion passed by the Town Board on October 21, 2008 to approve a proposed zone change of a 42 acre parcel located on Van Buren Road between Herman and Walters Road (Tax Map ID No. 005-08-18.0) from an Industrial A District (InA) to a Planned Industrial District (InP) pursuant to Section 200-36 of the Town of Van Buren Zoning Regulations for construction of an asphalt plant and portable crusher. A SEQRA Negative Declaration was issued by the Town Planning Board
for this proposed zone change and the construction of the asphalt plant. The meeting will be held at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York. All interested persons will be heard at this time.
A copy of the proposed local law is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office and available for review Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
