Public Hearing notice for Verizon Wireless zone change 12/4/07
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Van Buren the 4th day of December 2007 at 7:40 pm, local time, at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York on the following matter: an application by Verizon Wireless for consideration of a local law to amend the allowable uses within the existing PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning classification for premises located west of O’Brien Road and known as tax map parcel number 051-01-01.1 to PUD to add utility uses as a permitted use in this PUD district in order to allow for the placement of a telecommunications
tower upon the premises. The entire application is available for public view at the office of the Town Clerk Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter.
