NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Van Buren on December 4, 2007 at 7:35 pm, local time, at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York on the following matter: An application by Hyacinth Land Developers for consideration of a local law to change the zoning classification of premises located north of Van Buren Road and west of Ellsworth Road, and known as tax map numbers: 031-02-03, 031-024.1 and 031-02-6.2 from its present zoning classification of R-40 (Residential 40) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with various areas designated for the following uses: LB
(Local Business), Residential A and Residential B in order to permit the construction of a mixed use planned development consisting of single family homes, apartment buildings and retail/office uses. The entire application is available for review at the office of the Town Clerk Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. All persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter.
