Approve Minutes of the 07/2010 Regular Town Board Meeting

New Business:
1) Authorize Supervisor to execute new hauler agreement with OCRRA for the town to haul to OCRRA’s facilities.
2) Discussion/action on use of all 2011 county sales tax money.
3) Consider waiver of open container ordinance for River Mall for September 17th and 18th for the Oktoberfest event. Oktoberfest committee to obtain liquor license, appropriate security, and name Town of Van Buren as an additional insured party. Noon-11P.M. Friday; all day Saturday to 11P.M.
4) Approval of trash hauler license for Syracuse Haulers.
