1) Approval for Code Enforcement Officer/Fire Marshall to attend 2010 Fire Marshall Conference in Skaneateles from 9/28-9/30 at a cost of $200.00
2) Authorize Supervisor to sign agreement renewing lease for town owned property on Kingdom Road
3) Approve establishing in lieu of park land payments of $797.48 per lot for balance of Harbour Heights Section 8 and subsequent sections. When 20 lots remain developer is to make balloon payment of $16,000.00
4) Approve budgeted expenditure of $1,075.00 for sign on canal trail from Art Trans-Graphics
5) Award bids for Phase 4 Seneca Knolls Drainage and Road Improvements project to LaFleur Construction at a bid price of $84,375.00
6) Consider issuance of liquor license for Red Mill Inn
7) Approval of training reimbursement for Justice Van Der Water for Continuing Judicial Education Program at Potsdam, NY from 7/26 – 7/28 with cost not to exceed $410.00
8) Accept Roger Eidt’s resignation from OCRRA Board effective immediately
9) Resolution to take dedication of Sea Lion Path, Harbour Heights, Section 9A
10) Approve trash hauler licenses for licensing year 2010-2011
