The Regular Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Van Buren, held at the Town Building, 7575 Van Buren Rd., was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
All present joined in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

MINUTES
Mr. Virginia corrected a few typos found on pg. 3 and pg. 6.
Motion
Ms. Bowes moved to accept the September minutes as amended, seconded by Mr. Abold. There was no further discussion. Motion carried; unanimously
Mr. Virginia waived the reading of the Public Notice.
RIVERIDGE DEVELOPMENT LLC
River and Daboll Rd. Tax Map Parcel ID# 045-01-01.2 AR-80 Zoning District
Mr. Virginia continued the Public Hearing for Riveridge Development LLC under November 19, 2007 at 7:32p.m since the attorney for Riveridge asked that the meeting be adjourned.
Mr. Virginia discussed the adjournment with audience members and asked that they return next month for the Public Hearing.
A general discussion ensued about the criteria for variances.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Cleverly made a motion to close the October Meeting, seconded by Mr. Virginia; motion carried, unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
