NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Van Buren Town Board at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York on August 19, 2008 at 7:40 pm, local time, to consider a zone change from R-40 to Local Business for two parcels, tax map nos 031-02-5.1 and 5.2 on Van Buren Road.  All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard at this hearing.
