NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Van Buren Town Board at the Van Buren Town Hall, 7575 Van Buren Road, Baldwinsville, New York on August 19, 2008 at 7:35 pm, local time, to consider amending the Sun Meadows PUD.  This amendment would include a new Section 4 of the PUD, tax map no 33.1-05-13.1, which is located off the current Section 3, bordering Meigs Road.  All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard at this hearing.
